DescriptionA very nice place to buy ice cream. It's is situated just in front of the Piazza del Campo. Be ready that during summer seasons and hot days at any months there will be a line. But it always finishes very quickly. There are a lot of different flavours. One can find sorbets, ice cream, granita (that is a Sicilian speciality), hot chocolate, frappe Everything is natural. The portions are rather big.Note that you can try any flavour you want before buying something. I would suggest to try seasonal flavours. Thare are usually quite exotic. Plus sometimes there are small presents. For example, apricots during the summer season for free.   |

Great icecream even tough I believe they could be a bit more generous with the portions. :) There are other indipendent icream places that is worth to visit...check for the one with the queue made by locals! |
